[Forthcoming Release] German producer Daniel Bortz is back on Suol with his brand of slow-burning, groove infused deep house–and what a killer release it is! Daniel comes up proper with 4 original tracks that are all such outstanding pieces of music that it’s hard to pick a favorite of the bunch. While an official release date hasn’t been announced, Daniel reveals that it’ll be very soon.

[New Release] Amirali – Beautiful World EP (Crosstown Rebels)

[New Release] Believe the hype. Crosstown‘s young superhero, Amirali, delivers the single ‘Beautiful World‘ today from his forthcoming debut album ‘In Time’ due out sometime this spring. Includes remixes from Deniz Kurtel, Hrdvsion, and our personal favorite rendition from Daniel Bortz, which was featured on our most listened to mix of February, Droog’s Potty Mouth Disco promo mix. Amirali is also performing live at Crosstown Rebels’ famed Get Lost party in Miami next month.

 

Not only is ‘Beautiful World’ a superbly crafted and imaginative track, but it also given extra dimensions by a host of talented remixes. As for the little we actually know about Amirali, we can tell he has that special spark and can only wait with excitement ahead of the live show we are told he has ready and prepared to go. We expect him to break convention on the stage just like he has on record.

[Forthcoming Release] Crosstown clandestine prodigy Amirali is set to release his debut album ‘In Time’ sometime this spring. The forthcoming single release ‘Beautiful World’ has an incredible remix package from Deniz Kurtel, Hrdvsion, and the stand-out track for us Daniel Bortz, which was recently featured on one of our favorite mixes of 2012 so far, Droog’s promo mix for their gig at Potty Mouth Disco this past weekend. Amirali is also performing live at Crosstown Rebels’ famed Get Lost party in Miami next month.

[Video] The Crosstown Rebels imprint is set to release the “Beautiful World” EP by Amirali for their 90th release featuring remixes by Daniel Bortz, Deniz Kurtel, and Hrdvsion.

12″ is released 30th January, beatport 13th Feb, ROW 27th Feb

Emerging from the Crosstown Rebels camp and into the limelight, Iranian Canadian producer Amirali is heading for big things in 2012. Launching the year with first single ‘Beautiful World’, this captivating slice of nu-wave wonky electronic melancholic house has seismic dancefloor appeal.

Janie’s vision for the video was sparked by Amirali’s seductive voice which evokes a mysterious, shadowy realm, and opened up a series of associations for me in creating the video for Beautiful World. Janie was excited to work with the contrasting rhythms of the vocal and instrumental tracks to create parallel layers of cadence and meaning. Beautiful World is a door to our world, one of both beauty and underlying darkness.
