[New Mix] This was certainly a tasty treat to wake n bake to this glorious Monday morning. Resident Advisor brought out the big guns to celebrate their 300th podcast, an ultra rare recorded mix from DJ Harvey. This masterpiece is “an Afro, Gothic disco fusion, with dark undertones but a high degree of musical sophistication. Not so easy-listening, more very freaky psychedelic dancing” (Harvey). We’ve been lucky enough to catch Harvey twice within the past few months here in San Diego. Those are nights we will not soon forget. You can catch Harvey soon at A Club Called Rhonda in LA.
